Harassment Policy

 

  • Our Company commitment is to maintain a workplace free from harassment and discrimination.
  • Harassment of any kind, discrimination, sexual harassment, bullying, intimidation, direct insults, malicious gossip, and victimization is not within the Company culture and is a forbidden behavior.
  • Discrimination of any kind, race, gender, age, religion, physical attractiveness or sexual orientation, is prohibited. All Company employees are fairly treated and provided with the same opportunities or privileges and career development, disregard of ethnic, racial, color, appearance, gender or religious categories. 

 

Sexual Harassment

  • Sexual harassment is strictly prohibited and considered illegal. 
  • All reports of sexual harassment will be taken seriously and investigated thoroughly. 
  • Appropriate disciplinary actions, including termination, will be applied if an individual is found guilty of sexual harassment.

 

Reporting Procedure

  • Individuals experiencing or noticing harassment should immediately the incident report to their immediate manager and the DPA
  • For minor incident the engaged individuals are encouraged to resolve the matter between themselves.
  • All disclosed information is treated confidentially.

 

Disciplinary Consequences

  • The severity of the offense will determine the disciplinary actions for harassment. 
  • These actions may include counselling, formal reprimands, suspensions, or termination, as provided by Flag and Coastal state requirements and as deemed appropriate by the Company.
