Confidentiality / Intellectual Property Policy

 

Company property is any information, report, product or work found, stored or produced by any employee of the company
utilizing any resources of the company.

 

All Company colleagues are obliged to :

 

  • not disclose any trade secrets or other information of confidential nature related to the company or any of each associated companies or business or any information related to other colleagues, the company's operations, customer lists, company affairs, trade secrets, business models or other organisations with whom we do business, in respect of which the Company own an obligation of confidence to any third party, during or after their employment or as required by law.
  • not remove any documents or tangible items which belong to the Company or which contain any information from the Company’s premises or the ships at any time without proper advance authorisation by the top management.
  • not photograph, record, photocopy, or otherwise preserve company documents, records, forms, lists or other material belonging to the company without prior authorisation by the top management.
  • return to the Company upon request and in any event upon termination of their employment all documents and tangible items which belong to the Company or which contain or refer to any confidential information and which are in their possession or in their control.
  • delete all confidential information from any reusable material and destroy all documents and tangible items, which are in their possession or under their control, if requested by the Company.
  • accept that any information, product or work that is produced by them or others as employees of the company, utilizing resources of the company, is company property.
